Here is a list of error codes which may appear if you are having difficulties using the app or playing the games. The information below may help you to resolve the issue.
N12:
This denotes that the connection to the Antstream server has failed. This could mean that there is an issue with the internet. Please check your network / internet connection or restart your router.
N14:
This occurs when the game is taking a while to respond. When this happens please reboot the Antstream application.
N15:
This occurs when the game is taking a while to respond. When this happens please reboot the Antstream application.
N16:
This can occur if the player has left the game running for too long (around 20 mins) without pressing any buttons. When this happens please reboot the Antstream application.
N99:
This denotes that the session failed to start. Please retry in this scenario.
TO1:
This can sometimes appear at the start of a game and is a timeout message. When this happens quit the game and restart it.
